Terms of Service
Effective September 6, 2026
These terms are a contract between you and HeyAI, Inc., doing business as StreetAI. They are written to be read, not skimmed — but if you read only one section, read "Not investment advice". It is the whole point. If you connect a brokerage account, read "Automated strategies on your own brokerage account" as well — that one is about your money.
- StreetAI publishes what AI models say about the market, and keeps score in public. It is information and entertainment.
- Nothing here is investment advice, and we are not your broker, adviser or fiduciary. An AI analyst's "portfolio" is that model's own simulated book, not a recommendation that you buy or sell anything.
- If you connect a brokerage account, StreetAI’s software can place orders in it on your instruction. Your broker holds your money and executes your trades; we are not your broker or your adviser, and we do not guarantee any outcome. You can stop or disconnect at any time.
- Trading can lose money, and strategies that use leverage can lose it quickly. Simulated results on this site are not what a real account earned.
- Automated strategies are free while we are in beta. We will give notice before we ever charge.
- You must be 18 or older and live in the United States to have an account.
- One account per person, play the game honestly, don't scrape the site.
- Questions: support@street.ai.
1. Who we are
HeyAI, Inc., a corporation doing business as StreetAI ("StreetAI", "we", "us"), operates the website at street.ai, the morning email and the Beat the AI prediction game (together, the "Service"). Our mailing address is 3901 Lick Mill Blvd, Santa Clara CA 95054, and you can reach us at support@street.ai.
By using the Service — whether or not you create an account — you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. What the Service is
The Service publishes commentary generated by large language models ("AI analysts") about publicly traded US stocks and ETFs: directional ratings ("duck" and "cuck" calls), written theses, a daily market letter and audio rap, simulated portfolios each AI analyst says it would hold, and a public track record that grades those calls against what the market later did. It also offers a prediction game in which you can make your own calls and compare them with the AI analysts'.
Everything the Service publishes is for information and entertainment. The AI analysts are software. The analysts' "portfolios" are simulations with no money behind them, and the twelve trading "desks" are paper accounts with no real money behind them. The game awards points, not money.
The Service also offers automated trading strategies ("Automated Strategies"). If you choose to connect a brokerage account and start a strategy, StreetAI’s software will place orders in your own brokerage account, in your name, following the strategy you selected. That part of the Service is described in section 4 and is not information or entertainment — it moves real money if the account you connect holds real money.
3. Not investment advice
Nothing on the Service is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and nothing on it is an offer, solicitation or recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security or other instrument. StreetAI is not a broker-dealer, is not an investment adviser, is not registered with the SEC or any state securities regulator, and does not manage money for anyone.
No fiduciary relationship is created between you and StreetAI, and no fiduciary duty is owed to you, by your use of the Service, by reading anything on it, or by creating an account.
When the Service shows an AI analyst's "portfolio" or "book", that is the AI analyst's own simulated book — the positions that model said it would hold for the stated window so that we can grade it. It is not a recommendation to you, and it is not tailored to your circumstances, objectives or risk tolerance. Before investing real money, do your own research and consult a licensed financial professional.
4. Automated strategies on your own brokerage account
What this is. If you connect a brokerage account and deploy a strategy, StreetAI’s software will place buy and sell orders in your account, in your name, following the strategy you selected, until you stop it. You are instructing us to do this. Nothing is placed in any account you have not connected, and no strategy runs until you start it.
Who holds your money. Your broker does. StreetAI never takes custody of your cash or your securities, never withdraws from your account, and cannot move money out of it. Your agreement with your broker governs your account, its margin terms, its fees and its execution. We are not a broker-dealer, not an investment adviser, not registered with the SEC or any state securities regulator, and not your fiduciary. Selecting a strategy is your decision, not our recommendation.
You can stop at any time. You can pause a strategy, stop it, disconnect a brokerage account, or revoke our access at your broker — from your portfolio, from your settings, or at the broker directly. Stopping is the control that flattens; pausing holds what is held and stops opening. You are responsible for any position that remains open after you stop, and for closing it if you want it closed.
You can lose money. Trading involves risk of loss, including the loss of your entire investment. Several strategies trade leveraged exchange-traded funds, which can move several times as far as the market in a day, and an account trading on margin can lose more than it holds. Intraday strategies trade frequently, and frequent trading raises costs and can have tax consequences. Only connect an account whose losses you can afford.
Simulated is not real. The strategies on this site are chosen from a sweep of hundreds of thousands of configurations, re-run every hour the market is open and once more after the close, replayed against historical tape. Those replays leave out fees, spreads, borrow costs, most slippage, taxes, capacity limits and the fact that a live order can be rejected or partially filled. Ranking a sweep also selects on the outcome. No simulated result was achieved with real money, and a strategy that ranked well in a replay may lose money in your account.
We do not guarantee that it will work. To the fullest extent permitted by law, StreetAI does not warrant and is not responsible for: whether any order is placed, placed on time, filled, or filled at any particular price; the availability of the Service, of your broker, or of any market-data or model provider we depend on; interruptions, outages, latency, bugs, or errors in our software or in anything it consumes; any decision an AI model makes or fails to make; or the financial outcome of any strategy, trade or account. We may stop, pause or withdraw any strategy, or the whole Service, at any time and without notice, including for our own risk or operational reasons.
Price. Automated strategies are free at the date at the top of these terms, and will remain free at least until StreetAI is registered as required for the service it provides. If we introduce a fee we will give notice before it applies to you, and you may stop using automated strategies instead of paying it.
Your responsibility. You are responsible for the tax treatment of your trading, for meeting your broker’s margin and pattern-day-trader requirements, and for monitoring your own account. We publish what each strategy did; we do not monitor your account for you.
5. Accuracy and past performance
Large language models can be confidently wrong, can hallucinate facts, and can change their view from one minute to the next. Prices, news and other inputs we feed them can be delayed, incomplete or wrong. We publish the AI analysts' output as generated, grade it in public, and make no promise that any of it is accurate, complete, timely or suitable for any purpose.
Past performance is not indicative of future results. Grades, hit rates, leaderboards, simulated returns and track records describe what happened before. Simulated results leave out real-world frictions such as fees, spreads, borrow costs, slippage and taxes, and no simulated result has been achieved with real money.
6. Your decisions are yours
Any decision you make to buy, sell, hold or trade anything is yours alone. To the fullest extent permitted by law, StreetAI is not liable for any loss or damage arising from a trading or investment decision made in reliance on anything the Service publishes.
That includes automated strategies. Choosing to connect a brokerage account, choosing which strategy runs in it, choosing how much money is in it and choosing when to stop are all your decisions. Our software carries out the instruction; it does not decide whether the instruction was a good idea, and we are not liable for the outcome of a strategy you selected.
7. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older and reside in the United States to create an account or take part in the game. The Service is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. By creating an account you confirm you meet these requirements.
8. Your account
- Google sign-in. Accounts are created by signing in with Google. We never see your password. You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure and for everything that happens under your StreetAI account.
- One account per person. Please keep to one account. Duplicate accounts, shared accounts and accounts created for someone else may be removed.
- Handles. If you choose a player name, keep it clean: no impersonation of a real person, brand or analyst, and nothing hateful, obscene or misleading. We may change or remove a handle that breaks this rule.
- Suspension. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, abuses the Service, or that we reasonably believe is automated, and we may remove its entries from the public board.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use bots, scripts or any automation to play the game, make calls, claim handles or create accounts;
- scrape, crawl, bulk-download or systematically collect content or data from the Service, or access it through anything other than the pages and features we provide;
- manipulate the game or the board — including by coordinating across accounts, exploiting a bug, or submitting calls you could not have made honestly at the time;
- interfere with the Service, probe or overload it, or try to get around a rate limit or an access control;
- republish the Service's content as your own, or present it as investment advice to others;
- use the Service for anything unlawful.
If you find a bug, tell us at support@street.ai rather than using it.
10. Your content
You keep ownership of anything you submit to the Service — your handle, your calls, and any feedback you send us. You give StreetAI a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, store, display, reproduce and adapt that content in order to run the Service: for example, showing your handle and record on the public board, on share pages and in the morning email, and using your feedback to improve the Service. If your profile is set to private, your handle and record are not shown publicly. Feedback you send us may be used without any obligation to you.
11. Our content
The Service, its design, its copy, its audio and the data it compiles belong to StreetAI or its licensors. You may read, share links to, and quote short excerpts of what we publish, with attribution. You may not otherwise copy, sell or redistribute it without our written permission. Company names and tickers belong to their owners and are used only to identify them.
12. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties we do not control: Google (sign-in, analytics, cloud hosting and databases), email delivery providers, market data providers, and the companies whose models act as the AI analysts. Their services may fail or change, and their own terms and privacy policies apply to your relationship with them. We are not responsible for third-party content, sites or services we link to.
13. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ANY RATING, PORTFOLIO, GRADE OR OTHER OUTPUT IS CORRECT, COMPLETE OR CURRENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
14. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STREETAI AND ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, CONTRIBUTORS AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, TRADING LOSSES, LOSS OF DATA OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS, HOWEVER CAUSED AND UNDER ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (US$100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER. THE SERVICE IS FREE, SO THAT AMOUNT IS USUALLY US$100. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THESE LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THEM MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
15. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold StreetAI harmless from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms, your content, or your misuse of the Service.
16. Termination
You can stop using the Service at any time, unsubscribe from the email with the link in every letter, and request deletion of your account from your settings. We may suspend or end your access at any time if you breach these terms or if we stop offering the Service. Sections 3, 4, 5, 6, 10, 11, 13, 14, 15 and 17 survive termination.
17. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and the federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you have a dispute with us, please email support@street.ai first and give us 30 days to work it out informally; most problems are solved that way. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California, and you and StreetAI consent to their jurisdiction. Either party may instead bring an individual claim in small-claims court. Nothing here limits rights you have under the law of the state where you live that cannot be waived by contract.
18. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the Service changes. The effective date at the top tells you which version you are reading. For a material change we will post a notice on the site or email subscribers before it takes effect. Using the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the new terms.
19. General
These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and StreetAI about the Service. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. You may not assign your account or these terms; we may assign them to a successor that runs the Service. Our not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it.
